Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actress and member of SSC's board since 2011, is the Founding co-artistic director of the newly formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She worked as the Artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until the end of 2019. As Artistic director of SSC she served as SSC's music director/composer and Text teacher. While she was usually at the in front of the acting troupe however, during her final year at SSC she became a director as well as a lighting designer. She was a student at Las Lomas High School where she was a cheerleader. The school she attended briefly was Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Post she was married previously to Stephen Knox. Since 1982, she's with writer, actor and actor Michael A. Ross with whom she has two daughters. Post's career as an mother, wife, and actress provides a fantastic example for Hollywood.
